Ekahi Village units 37a 36a

Hi, we are thinking of staying at one of the above condos for two weeks in February. Price is $230 or $250 a night plus a $125 cleaning fee. Is this a good price? Has anyone stayed at either of these condos? Being as it will be our first trip to Maui we want to make the right condo/ resort choice- beautiful grounds, fairly quiet, close to a beach, clean/ up to date condo, good value, beautiful Maui experience, sunny skies, friendly people. Too much to ask? :)

Thanks for your time and thoughts!

We stayed at the Ekahi last summer and loved it! I think we stayed in building 19 or 20. Be sure to look at the map of the units because you want to be in lower Ekahi, otherwise you will have a hike to get to the beach. Keawakapu Beach is one of our favorite beaches so staying walking distance was important to us! Each unit is different in terms of renovations, air conditioning, and beach supplies so read carefully and ask the owners questions before booking it.
