Euro exchange

Hi, just wondering if it will be better to exchange £ to euros in Javea when we arrive on Saturday (I can change a small amount here beforehand to get me by)? If so, where is best?

Also, please could you tell me what the weather is like at the moment and if I should pack warmer clothes for my toddler as a precaution?

Thanks :)

All depends on what the rate on the day is. The only place you can change in Jávea is in the banks and you will not get a good rate. I got 1.15 today by using an online company. Otherwise try marks and spencer here or the post office. You can buy per loaded cards too if you don't fancy carrying cash, you then just draw out from the ATM's. I highly recommend checking out www.moneysavingexpert.com it's Martin Lewis' website and has loads of useful info on getting currency.
