Are coupon books a good deal for a single traveler?

I'm coming to AK in July and most of my trip is already paid for - food & lodging in Denali, and I got a great cabin near Seward thanks to the Point of View Resvn. Service. That service offers discounts on Major Marine, Kenai Fjord Tours (I will book a tour with one of them) and others. I will have a few meals on my own. I am not renting a car. Already booked the train. I see that the coupon books are 2-for-1. But since I'm by myself and don't need to book much else, I don't think I should buy one, plus I don't know how expensive they are. Thanks for your advice.
