Family of 10 needs oceanfront home with pool in Kailua-Kona.

I'm looking for suggestions of places to stay that meet the above criteria. Thanks! Max $500/night.

I would look outside of Kailua Kona at Waialea Bay or possibly even Puako. Better weather, snorkeling, ocean access, beaches. Anything you get in Kailua Kona is unlikely to have open ocean access even if it is oceanfront.

I'd tend to agree, but $500 per night is way too low for oceanfront and sleeps 10 in the Waialea or Puako area, much less with a pool.

2family, why don't you try VRBO and Homeaway and see if you can even find anything that meets criteria and your price range, and then post some links here for feedback?
