Savannah to Virginia Beach road trip

Does someone have information regarding a road trip from Savannah to Virgina Beach. Two semi-cautious women wanting information about lodging, beaches and activities for a ten day road trip at the end of June. One interested in beach and shopping. The other (redhead) off-beach activities and good local food.

These are the stops that I would make along that route-

Wilmington/Wrightsville Beach- beach, museums, Battleship NC, Arlie Gardens, good food-Oceanic and Dockside.

Charleston- historic district, Market Square, Ft. Sumter, plantations- Middleton and Magnolia, good food-Charleston Crab House, Jestine's.

Beaufort- lovely beach and town.

Savannah- go out to Tybee Island and see lighthouse and Ft. Pulaski, historic district, riverfront, museums, good food- Ole Pink House, Leopold's ice cream, Mrs. Wilkes for lunch.

Enjoy your trip!!

If you're interested in shopping, I'd spend at least one night in Myrtle Beach, SC. You have 2 large outlet shopping centers there.
