Power Plant is usually for a younger crowd but during the day it will be tame. There is a Leinenkugel Beer Garden with an outdoor fireplace that is pretty nice.

For good pubs check out Max's on Broadway, Brewer's Art and Alewife.

If you like art, try the American Visionary Art Museum. There is an admission fee. It's on the opposite side of the harbor from the Harborplace shopping complex. You might like to visit some of the tall ships, or have a stroll around Fell's Point.

There are plenty of good pubs. Oliver's Pratt Street Ale House might be a good one to check out, or any of the plethora in Fell's Point, including Max's Taphouse, or one in Midtown Baltimore (short cab ride) is Brewer's Art, that brews their own beer and has gone national fame.

You can take the Water Taxi, or the free Charm City Circulator.

Water taxi is the best bet, because it's more scenic and relaxed. The free circulator bus might be a bit quicker. A cab would be the fastest and most expensive.
