There is a light rail station at BWI. Take it to the Convention Center. Then you will be in walking distance of the Baltimore Arena.

If you're taking the train from Philadelphia to a show at First Mariner, you don't want to go to the Amtrak station at BWI. That doesn't make any sense at all. Take Amtrak to Baltimore Penn Station, the station stop before BWI, and use the free Charm City Circulator bus to get downtown to the arena.

(What kind of "BETTER" form of transport are you looking for?)

Does capitalizing it somehow give us insight as to what is better. I guess you could call a limo. Skydive from a biplane. Hitch a ride in a Tesla. Horse drawn carriage. :-) enjoy the concert.

I'm with IrishFan. Get yourself to Penn Station and it's a lot easier.

When you get out of Penn Station if the huge god-awful sivler man/woman statue is in front of you than walk left(east) to St. Paul St. There's a bus stop right there and the Charm City Circulator Purple Route bus will take you south to Fayette St. Walk west on Fayette for 3 blocks and south 1 block and your there. It's a safe enough area to walk through.
