Which hotel

Hello Forum,

I'll be attending the Capital Jazz Festival at the Merriweather Post Pavillon in June. I'm attending both concerts on Saturday and Sunday. There's also an afterparty located at the Marriott BWI Airport Hotel (booked). I've narrowed down the hotels with availability to 2. The 4 Points by Sheraton BWI, AND The Hampton Inn-Baltimore Airport.

I know there're other hotels, but believe me, I've called them all. I'd rather be closer to the venue than the afterparty hotel. However, it turns out the options I have are reverse. That being said, which hotel should I choose from the two listed above...pros, cons...

Thanks in advance for your help

4. Re: Which hotel

Do you mean the other hotels don't have availability, or they weren't in your price range? There are definitely hotels available much closer to the venue than BWI .

Both. Either there was no availability or $186 and up. I get a gov discount and the two I mentioned were discounted @ $116.00 (with the gov rate). With that being said, it would be crazy to pay much more than that. I was just asking if of the two I metioned, one was a little better. I know they're pretty much the same type of hotel.

Thanks

Wendy

Are you aware that there are reviews on the lodging pages. Over 200 each for the 2 places being considered. Think you will get a better overview from the cumulative wisdom than any individual opinion in a forum. Hope this helps.
