Chinatown/Little Italy restaurant for a large group?

I am planning a trip for 25+ Boy Scouts and adults to NYC. We would like to have dinner in Chinatown or Little Italy. We need someplace that would fit a large group, take a reservation, and not too expensive or fancy (Boy Scouts are thrifty!) We may split into 2 groups (1 to Chinatown, 1 to Little Italy) Any suggestions?

Chinatown and Little italy are basically the same area but Chitwon is much bigger. Is this for lunch or dinner?

Mandarin Garden is reasonable, takes reservations, and can accept large groups. so can Golden Unicorn, 88 Palace, and Jing Fong.

We do a lot of big group wine dinners at Congee Village (the one on Allen Street) and Nonya. Both have huge tables in a section so it should be easy for them to seat you close together.

Congee more so than Nonya - Nonya has 2 big tables for 10 in the back (which could probably fit more kids); Congee has a whole balcony area with huge family sized tables in a row.
