Would the ice skating rinks be open until the end of January or are they just a holiday thing?

You listed the opening dates of the Christmas windows, but do you know the closing dates? We would really like to bring my grand-children after January 1 when the hotel prices go back to being affordable. Thanks.

I like Union Square. Bryant Park is cool because there is ice skating.
