Yes - Simply take the JFK AirTrain to Jamica - pay the $5.00 JFK AirTrain exit fare at Jamaica - follow the signs to the subway - purchase your 7 day unlimited ride MetroCard and off you go.

The 7 day unlimited ride MetroCard is valid for unlimited rides throughout the entire MTA subway system. The JFK AirTrain is operated by the Port Authority and is not part of the MTA subway system.

The subway station at Jamaica is staffed. You can use the machines or purchase from the live person. You can pay with cash at the machines or with the person in the booth. Credit cards are accepted at the machines. If your credit card was issued outside the U.S., when you are asked for your "zip code," you simply enter five 0's - 00000 The live people don't take credit cards - just the machines.
