Most people take the Shortline Bus from the Port Authority Bus Terminal. It's located on 8th Ave and 42 street. premiumoutlets.com/outlets/directions.asp…

Read down for various info on the bus.

From Broadway and 75th street... head down to 72nd street and take the train downtown to the Times Square Station (42 street). You can take the local or express.

$42 each for a bus ticket?? is that normal!

I cant figure out how to use the train website but does ayone know how much that would cost? also does the train stop at woodberry common or do you have to take a taxi from station to woodberry common? if so how much is that on top?

Bus is the direct route. I believe the $42 includes a coupon book that you ask them to remove to save $10. It takes an hour each way unless you encounter heavy traffic coming back. I found it to be a relaxing ride through both urban areas and countryside.

You can take a train from Penn Station to the Harriman Station but still have to take a cab from there to the mall. Not much savings in either time of money.
