Restaurant/Bar near or on 32nd St

We are staying at the Stanford hotel on 32nd street. We get into NY at around 7pm so will not get to our hotel until gone 9.

Can anyone recomend somewhere close for us to grab a bite to eat and a drink to chill out for an hour once we arrive. Nothing too flash as we will probably be falling asleep in our dinners!! Any food goes apart from Fish.

Thanks

Your hotel is on a block known as Little Korea. Pop across the street to Mandoo Bar, at 2 W 32nd Street, for delicious dumplings in a very casual, quick-serve but not fast-food atmosphere.

I agree with that reco, but if you want something more familiar, there are a number of pubs in the area. O'Reilly's on 31 st. gets good reviews on menupages.com

PS. Mandoo Bar serves beer and wine if you're concerned about the drink part. ;)

O'Reillys on 31st - you can see it from the corner of 32nd and B'way is always good for q pint and a burger etc....plus the Korean places adjacent to the Stanford are also great for a quick bite.......
