Check Radio City Apartments or the Affinia chain of hotels. They all have suites that would be best for 5. For transportation for 5, check with a car service - dial7.com or carmellimo.com. You will most likely need a minivan for that many with luggage and clubs.

There are a number of good Marriotts in NYC. The Courtyard Marriott Midtown East has some rooms with 2 queen beds and a sofabed that would sleep the 5 of you. There's also a Courtyard Times Square south but not sure if their rooms will hold 5.

But you'd have more room in a 1 bedroom suite though and also a kitchen. In addition to the Affinia.com suite hotels, the Doubletree Guest Suites in Times Square is also a suite hotel that has some suites with 2 double beds in the b/r and a sofabed in the living room.

Dial7.com will provide a minivan. If you want something fancier (like a stretch limo) Strusser limo has been recommended here.
