Restrooms open along Parkway

I will be driving the whole length of the parkway starting next week. I already bought plane tickets from the West Coast and can't change my plans now. I know that visitor centers will be closed. Are there outhouses at some of the pull outs? I would hate to have to drive 3-5 miles each way off the highway to a small town when nature calls. Is there still access to the waterfalls and other hiking trails? This is one of the main reasons for the trip.

No, I wouldn't expect any port-a-potties. You'd need to exit the parkway to find restrooms.

On waterfalls & hiking, I think mostly yes, but some could be closed.

Folk Art Center in Asheville and Pisgah Inn south of Asheville have reopened - with restrooms! Little Switzerland has a great café just a block off the Parkway.
