I would head to Haena to The Med. Gourmet. They have entertainment this evening.

Might as well check out Tahiti Nui. They have music tonight. No view, but not sure if it will clear up for sunset anyway. You could also just walk over and check out the hotel.

Hope you made it out to Hanalei or Haena. it really cleared up nice before sunset. We ended up meeting some friends and hanging out at Tunnels for sunset. Tahiti Nui looked like it was going strong when we headed back about 9:30. Love these late June sunsets!
