skiing Jackson Hole

We are hoping to get some skiing in at Jackson Hole in April....still snow there then?

Where is a good place to stay? Ski in/ski out places close to good bars and restaurants?

It will just be my husband and me...no kids, we're newly married.

If you can afford it, the Four Seasons has ski in / ski out access and a great location for the slopes, but I'm not sure about snow in April. We just spent a week in Jackson in late August / early September and spent one night at the Four Seasons. It was very pricey, but looks like a great arrangement for skiers, very close to the lifts, and convenient to other restaurants as well.

The JH MTN Resort closes at the end of the first week of April. You can get some good turns in in the morning but by afternoon things are getting pretty soft.

There are some good apes' ski activities, but things are pretty much winding down. Most of the restaurants & bars are closing down .

Take a look at Grand Targhee. Their season is longer and a lot more activities going on that time of year.
