There may be some special seasonal tours to NY but as a general statement I'd be surprised if you would find anything that would be sold as you request.

Are you looking to take a plane, train or bus?

Maybe Amtrak or Greyhound has something? If you go to Delta.com, they do have the option of putting together a "package" that includes what your seeking, but it would not be a tour, per se. (I would guess other airlines have the same feature on their booking sites.)

Hello Al, Many of the online travel agencies will sell you a ticket and ask if you would like a to add a hotel. Many hotel have transportation to/from airports. Expedia, Travelocity are two that come to mind. Research the hotel options for ground transport, if not free with a shuttle bus, any of them would add a limo ride to/from the airport for your trip. A Lot of hotels in NYC have a concierge desk that can help you plan you time while visiting their city.

Have a great trip!
