Intertur Hotel Hawaii - someone with mobility issues

Just wondering whether to choose this hotel or another one. Will go A/I so wont be going out of complex much. Is the hotel on level or are there lots of steps? When you come from your room via lift are the restaurant and bar close to reception area? Looking to book hotel for my parents. Is Sol Mirlos Todos any better?

Lots of steps and a hill . Mirlos Tordos on the flat so probably better .

Thanks - will have a look at Mirlos Todos or any other hotels anyone recommends. It doesn't matter that the hotel is on a hill but within the complex it would be nice to know there aren't too many obstacles/steps/uneven floor etc
