Need a good hotel for a long stay with toddlers

Hi everyone. We are relocating to the L'burg area and will be there for a week long house hunting trip. We stayed at the Sleep Inn for the interview trip, and although it was fine, it has no bathtubs and no swimming pool. Both are necessities to keep the kiddos clean and happy. Any recommedations? Price is not an issue.

Thanks!

Hey, you're not homeless....just between homes. You'll find a nice one in Lynchburg. It's a great place...between town and city. It used to remind me of the 50s...but now it's growing so much.

For accommodations you might look into The Residence. It's a b&b, but casual and on Rivermont, a nice area and main drag near everything. They take children 10 and older and the owners are very nice: theresidencebb.com/

You might also look into the Wingate. They have suites that are enormous and good for even a large family. We always liked the set up at Wingates with the tropical looking pool beside the breakfast area.

You can probably get good rates before school is back in. That starts about mid-August on. Lots of colleges and private schools in Lynchburg and the area.

Don't know about suites but you might also try Days Inn. They've been an award winning Days Inn nationally for several years. Both Days Inn and Wingate are close to a mall.

When I go through Lynchburg I see almost every national chain is represented.
