stowe vs. colorado ski resorts

We usually go to colorad skiing considering trying Stowe.

We enjoy all the shopping ,dining and bars in Colorado. Does

Stowe offer the same?

The snow is often very different... dry powder in CO vs. heavy wet snow in the east. To be sure, Stowe has nice terrain and great grooming. That said, the east tends to have more challenging conditions vs. Colorado with it's higher elevation and deep, dry, powdery snow.

There are many nice high-end artsy shops and galleries in Stowe, and more in Burlington - a gem less than an hour away. They both have excellent restaurants and pubs.
