Skiing for one day, parking, renting?

Hi!

We're going to be driving in from Salt Lake to ski for a day on a Sunday in January. What time should we shoot to be at Park City Mountain in time to take care of rentals, parking and lift tickets to be on the mountain at 9? Where do we park and buy the lift tickets, and where is the most convenient place to take care of rentals?

Thanks!

Lifts open at 9 am. There's parking at the resort itself (free) and there will be plenty of parking if you get there for opening. There are many equipment rental shops right in the resort plaza. You might also look at getting gear in advance in Salt Lake City. Ski N' See is a good spot. Maybe get that done the day before so you don't have to hassle up at PCMR. You can purchase lift tickets right in the resort plaza, or look at options in advance at liftopia.com.

Have fun.

8:30 you should have enough time to get everything taken care of, if all adults. If you have kids get there even earlier. Unless you get your skis & lift tickets the night before in SLC. Your lift tickets will be cheaper n SLC.
