Are the PCMR lift tickets from Costco good for more than one season, or do you have to use them up prior to the resort closing for the year?
Only good until the end of the 2011 season.
Thanks for posting the prices; I read somewhere else that last year they gave out ticket booklets that you then exchanged for a lift ticket, making it possible to use the booklet for more than one person. Do you know if only ONE person can use the 5 day pack or can the tickets be shared?
The tickets can be shared. You receive a 5 pack of vouchers (using Park City as the example) and you can hand them out to anyone. You cant return unused vouchers to Costco but one can always resell through craigslist or ebay if you have any left over vouchers.
The tickets have no ones name on them so they can be shared. Its important not to rip them out of the 5 pack booklet thoiugh, as that invalidates them. The personnel at the ticket window must rip out that day's coupon to exchange it for a lift ticket.
Is this Costco hard to get to from Park City? Do you have to be a member to buy
the discount lift tickets? Anyplace at the airport that might offer discounts for the
mountains in Park City?
Look on liftopia.com. I got a 3 day pass for PCMR for $147.Edited: 8:46 am, January 19, 2011
