Weather in Bryce in early October

My family is thinking about spending a few days in Bryce Canyon about October 6-13. Can anyone tell me what weather we can expect. Particularly don't want cold, and definitely no snow. Does my time frame work?

Early October is a great time to go. Days are usually nice, but nights will be cold.

Agree that it will be unusual to have snow that early in October. The nights however will be chilly if not cold.
