Hi Fransfeet, firstly heres a map link as guidance ......

tenerifetravel.com/maps/southtenerife_large.…

Paraisio del sol is in square D6,it entrance is on the main road ,the side of it runs down to Palm Beach hotel. So if you head down that road towards Palm Beach ,on the corner where P.Del sol is on the first right corner is a supermarket (24 hours) ,also just after on the left another and just round the corner at Palm Beach is another .You also have one just before Tropical Playa ....HOWEVER ...these are not the cheapest but handy for daily stuff milk water etc .If your doing a big shop " Hiperdinos " is cheaper. This is in square D7 come off the main road and turn right down past the Columbus and first left after the Columbus and Hperdinos is just before Las Vinas ,opposite California Apts .

Take Away Pizzas ,great little place called Pizza Shack on the left just after the 24 hour supermarket mentioned earlier

U will be hard pushed to use the S/C facilities in your appts,no kettle,no toaster no oven just a 2 ring work top!! Its cheap enough to eat out, they are very basic appts no air con either, sorry?

On a happier note !!LOL....There is also an Iceland Store ,which is sited in square D7opposite Colon2 where you can see a funny corner in front of Paraisio Royal .Just a tad more expensive than back home ,it also has a fresh meat counter

Going back to what Hazel has said YES often it is much cheaper to eat out .And there are lots of good places in the area your saying your apartment is near too
