ski area and ski lesson advice

I know champagny is part of Paradiski area but was wondering how far is it? Will be skiing wih our kids - ideally we want to do some skiing without them and some with them but without knowing the area we are not sure where to get them lesosns and how long for. We are trying to decide whether to get ski lessons for our kids - undecided due to if they have lessons in Champagny, it limits the time we have to explore the rest of the area. Thought about 2-3 full day lessons for them (although don't like the fact they get a 2.75hour lunch break- dont think the kids would like it either!!!) and for them to ski with us the rest of the time (they have had ~4weeks lessons and can do blue and easy reds) - so we can explore, although they will hold us back a bit. Not knowing the area, is there a more central bit of the whole resort which would be better for them to have lessons so they can do half days but it would be easier for us to get back to collect them and to then carry on skiing/exploring before heading back to Champagny? Also thinking about using oxygene rather than esf as have had mixed outcomes with them over the years. Hope that all makes senses!

You'd probably get a better response by posting on a ski forum such as snowheads.co.uk - there are lots of people with specific knowledge of the ski areas who can help you.
