hi this hotel is a great choice. yes there is balconies on all rooms. the ground floor rooms are good as there is no climbing stairs. the family rooms are located at the far end of the hotel and the ground floor balconies here are a little more private the balconies on SOME of the ground floor rooms which are closer to the pool. there is a small table and two chairs to sit and relax. you will be very happy here. a great hotel for the $'s and good buffet brekkie, some entertainment at night (ie piano music and singing), cheap restaurant, shoulder massages while you wait for your food to be served (if you want), good spa, large pool and a short walk to the beach. lots of shops, restaurants and shopping centres as well to walk to. there is a reliable money changer across the road. it is a kodak shop use it they are honest and have a good rate. there is also a cheap laundry service called simply laundry and a convenience store in the same area as the money changer.

enjoy your holiday

Hi Ian, We returned from Febris on 30.03.09 after staying 10 nights. Absolutely fabulous for the price. The other response has given good information about balcony options. You will love Febri's we couldn't believe it for the price. Very clean, spa is fabulous, pool is good, location is great (short walk to anything), shopping is good, food is good too. We had a family deluxe room for 3 of us (we were travelling with a 9yo) and we had a huge room with 2 king size beds. All in all we couldn't complain about anything. The staff were wonderful too. Cheers Julie.

Hi Ian,

Just got back from the Febris Wednesday and a great choice! Balconies are adequate, rooms immaculate, staff the friendliest and most helpful you will find anywhere. Grounds are great, restaurant good (very popular) and breakfast is amazing. You won't regret staying there. So sad to leave...

We are going in October as well, so looking forward to it.

Febris has been so prompt with replies and seem to be happy to help in any way.
