We just returned this week from the area and I would suggest the Buckhorn Inn. This is a bed and breakfast established in 1938 which also has several cottages on the property. It's just off the arts and crafts loop in a thickly wooded area with a spectacular view of the mountains. They offer a chef prepared, 4 course dinner by reservation at 7:00 every evening for guests as well as non guests. The menu is perpared and posted weekly by the Chef and is fixed for each evening. They don't have a liquor license but you are welcome to bring your own wine if you like. They have a very nice web site. I don't have the link handy, just google Buckhorn Inn. All the information you need including the weekly menu is posted on there.

At $30 a head for the complete meal including drinks and coffee with dessert, not only was this an excellent value but by far the best meal we had while we were there. We'll definitely be back on our next trip.

Good luck and enjoy.

The actual URL for The Buckberry Lodge's restaurant is:

I haven't eaten there, but I've heard good things about it. I can recommend staying there if you can afford it. It's a beautiful place!

The URL for The Buckhorn Inn's restaurant is:

I would imagine that you definitely need reservations or call aheads or something for either of these restaurants.
