Mull in April

Thinking of spending about 4 days on Mull at the beginning of April. I enjoy walking up to about a 10 mile walk, preferably with very little in the way of hills, photography and general wildlife spotting. Walking along lovely beaches is also a must.

Can anyone recommend any good places to do these around the island in April

hi smc,

Don''t miss the RSPB's trips to see the magnificent White-Tailed Eagles:

Mull is not flat so unless you stick to the beaches you will come across them. Would go along with smc re wild life trips. You are likely to see more wildlife on an organised trip than by yourself. Would recommend 'Walking in North Mull' and 'Walking in South Mull' by Brown and Whittaker and Bird Watching on Mull and Iona' by Dave Sexton and Philip Snow (see http://www.br (http://brown-whittaker.co.uk/).

You could also try an organised walk with Mull Magic. (http://www.mullmagic.com/)

Best beaches are at Calgary, Ardalanish, Kentra and Laggamull.

Enjoy your stay.
