I own one of the units there and I love it. This is not high end! This is an affordable vacation get-away for families that might otherwise be priced out of ever spending a week at the beach. (when I was little we had to camp due to $)

This is a 20 unit 1950's 2-story cinder block hotel. Directly across from the beach (public access). My unit has 2 double beds, desk, table , too many chairs etc. it is an efficiency with small stove and fridge and the basic kitchen stuff down to plates and glasses. I haven't even rented it out yet. No elevator but you park right in front and you can see your car from your room. Too close to the beach to bother with packing a cooler. The building has some bumps and bruises but as for my unit "spotless". Brand new carpet and more. I haven't seen it yet, just a pic, but we just got the pool resurfaced and the edging fixed. Again this is not a high-end resort. It's an affordable, incredibly convenient, place to stay for a week at the beach. Would be suitable for 2 adults and 2 children. 4 adults would have to be very young and very in love. Again, 2 full-size beds. might consider bringing an air mattress for the kids.
