Just got back on 9/3. Stayed at the Breakers Paradise Towers and it was all that we expected and more!! I've always stayed in North Myrtle but wanted to be closer to the action for the kids this year. 4 kids..17,13,11,and 10 and they loved the place. Rooms were clean and well maitained. Only complaint is that the beds are near the hall and during early am check out some people are loud and it wakes you up.
The kids went to a concert at the House of blues. parasailing, par 3 golf, Myrtle waves, the pavillon and plenty of shopping. Also spent hours in the Ocean and Lazy River while we drank frozen drinks and watched.
Guys only went golfing twice as we wanted to make this a "kids" vaca. Tidewater was great as usuall and Moreland was ok!
We ate at Dirty Don's, River City, Bummzs (all walking distance) Margaritaville, Tripps, Fudruckers, Sea Captains House, Joes (in N Myrtle) and the Mad Boar. Tripps was the best but had a good meal at all. Happy hour at Don's is great and the setting at Bummzs is nice and laid back.
We had a great time and will book again next year.
