Will it be nice in September

We will be going to Myrtle Beach sept 10-17. What will the weather be like, and will the seafood buffet places still be open? Also will we still be able to go out and see the dolphins on one of the boat rides? Thanks for all help.

Temperatures in Mid-September will be about 75-90. Most restuarants in Myrtle Beach are open year round. I'm not sure, though, about the boat rides. Sept 10 is the first week of the off-season, so you can probably find a few tourist attractions still open.

Mid Sept will be wonderful as far as crowds, and otherwise......but oh and it's a big "OH", you have a big threat for hurricanes and storms. Even the ones that hit Florida last fall, managed to affect the Carolines with strong winds and rain. The Big Hurricanes that have hit Myrtle, like Hugo and David came in Sept. And there are no life guards on duty..........it's everyman for themselves !!! Rates are cheaper though.
