Charlseton Oceanfront VIllas??

Has anybody ever stayed here? Anything good or bad I should know before I book it?? I'd be booking either thru Dunes Properties or Avocet Properties. Thanks.

Never stayed here but we have had good luck with Dunes Properties.

I have stayed there and it's very nice. Each condo is different, but it is about as close to the beach as you can get. Roomy, private and great balcony. View of ocean from living room and master bedroom. You're also close to town and the pier and can walk to all shops and restaurants. I rented through Dunes, but was considering Fred Holland Realty until I read some of the reviews. I say go for it.

I have stayed there. We rented through Dunes Properties. It was a relly nice 2 bedroom corner condo. I myself prefer a home down toward the lighthouse. It is less crowded down that way on the beach. At the Oceanfront Villas you have those condos and then the Holiday Inn as well as the Pier right there so there are a lot of people. Just depends on what you are looking for.
