Romantic/historic hotel for 8 nights?

My husband and I will be visiting Charleston for 1 week at the end of June/beginning of July. I've narrowed it down to:

Harborview: harbor view room with balcony

Vendue

Andrew Pinckney: St Phillip Suite

Wentworth Mansion

Planters Inn: Plantation King room

We would like to be able to walk to restaurants and shopping, or at least be able to get there easily without a car. Quiet would be great. There are a few things we'd like to do, but we'd really like the place we stay to be comfortable enough that we don't feel like we have to leave the room. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated:)
