Lots of options, in all price ranges; try a hotel locating program (like expedia.com) and search near an address such as 4600 s. yale--that would put you about midway. The Doubletree Warren Place (61st & Yale) is among the best of the choices. Others to think about include Hyatt Place, Tulsa Select Hotel & Convention Center, & the Days Inn; check out reviews on tripadvisor.com!

The distance between the two isn't enough to worry about. There is a new hotel next to the aquarium, which is across the street from the Riverwalk area with shops and restaurants. Best Western Aquarium Inn Ste - maps.google.com

150 Aquarium Drive, Jenks - (918) 296-7300. The Doubletree would be more central for the mall and it is nice as well.
