Wine

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone knew where I could get Luna di Luna wine? It is no longer for sale in Ontario and was hoping to pick some up when I am in Sandusky next week as it is my favourite wine. Any help would be appreciated. Even if it was on our drive or in a near by city it would be no issue. Thanks!

Thanks Mike,

I did know of that, its on sale online many places. I just wanted somewhere I could hopefully pick it up without it being shipped. I thought I would give it a shot while we were visiting Cedar Point and the surrounding area. Could you maybe recommend a nice wine while we are down in the area that I could pick up in Sandusky? I am a white wine drinker and prefer Chardonnay or a sweeter Pinot Grigio. Or even a mix of the two if you know of it as that what Luna di Luna is. I know there are lots of wineries in the area and I love trying new wines, so local would be lovely as well.

I also enjoy Santa Margherita, do you know how much it goes for in the area?

Sorry for the abundance of questions, but thanks in advance!

If you are driving I-90 through Buffalo, I know of a couple in the northeast corner of Ohio, but I haven't tried any of their wines... (I could suggest a couple if you head south a bit...lol)

Anyway, In addition to GhostlyManor's suggestion, this site may be helpful:

Have a great trip!

I didn't see my favorite on the list... If you do head south on I-77 in the future, I would suggest Georgetown in Cambridge, OH:

Do you like ice wine?

Chalet Debonne in Madison, OH, is convenient to I-90 and has a good one.

Note the Firelands Winery in Sandusky among the Northeast Ohio wineries in the above link.

The region around Erie, PA and south of Buffalo also is a significant wine region.

You might call some Cleveland wine stores or even check out a Giant Eagle superstore for Luna di Luna.
