try for a Sunday breakfast at Mooloolaba, Maroochydore or Alex head surf clubs. they all have spectacular views of the beach.

stay away from the Surf Clubs as they are just casinos by the beach and have that same mentality of the masses.

The Beach Cafe across from the Maroochydore Surf club .....Envy at Cotton Tree are both where locals go. Habbits along the Espland between M'Dore and Cotton Tree is picking up trade and Bica in the main street of maroochydore..

Better to have a good coffee and wait until the Boatshed opens and have a good lunch instead as it is right on the river and supurb views.

Nothing wrong with the surf clubs for breakfast. They also supports their local Surf Club Movement,

Try Mooloolaba for its closeness to the surf.

If this does not suffice there are plenty offering a $10 breakfast on the esplanade.

Sorry 7007.......the request was for a nice breakfast for an anniversary..... My comments about the Casinos by the sea are relevant.

They pay no local taxes/rates/rent , rape the population via the pokies, offer very impersonal service all in competition with the struggling private business folks without any of these advantages.

So the tourists add nothing into the local business scene and plastic city reigns supreme.

Do you detect I am anti these edifices that do not need support to police the beaches.
