colored wristbands

Is it true that you get a colored wristband indicating what country you are from? The last time I was there it determined if you were a repeat guest or if you paid more for the upgrades.

Yes,"Illegitimi non carborundum" is a pseudo-Latin phrase that my HR Director had, as a placard, on his desk whenever he had dealings with the labor union. They never did figure out what it meant. :-) Apparently it originated in WWII. Useful !

One of our primary objectives for any CRT visit is to HAVE FUN ! We also call these trips "Adult Summer Camp". Einstein's time dilation effect is quite evident. Arrival day is exhausting. The next day is a build up to relaxation. Then, suddenly it's time to go home. What happened to the other days ? We can never figure that out. So, Einstein gets the blame. No other explanation has seemed logical.

See you soon !

We visited the CRT in December and were told by the front desk that the different colored wristbands represent whatever travel agency you booked through.

-so what exactly to the different colours mean then? There seems to be a lot of different explanations.

As said before, they mostly indicate what language you speak. But, not always --- some may show that you have special spa packages or privileges, a visitor on a day/evening pass, and probably other special purpose indicators. The whole process continues to evolve. Your best bet is to ask the concierge or front desk personnel while you are there and be sure to take notes. At my last count, there are about 7-10 different colors to memorize. :-)
