Have emailed guestservicebptul@bahia-principe.com twice re: a la carte bookings but have yet to get a reply. I am flying out on Saturday and really wanted the a la cartes booked prior to leaving. Should i be more patient..? or will they be booked without reply to my email..? or should i be trying another email adddress..?

check your spam filter / folder - sometimes replies go there

I am sure they received your request

Take a printout of your request with you just in case but they should be all arranged as its a quiet time at resorts

vacations are meant to relax
