Tulum Beach Crawl

Thought I would start a thread - tell me if you have tried any of these places or any other Beach clubs

Understand the beach and map of the area

See www.todotulum.com/tulum-mexico-maps.php

We start at OM with a few beer - take a photo of yourself on the bench - a keeper

See http://www.tulum-playa.com/

Then off to La Zebra for a famous mojito with a real sugar cane stir stick

Then El paraiso for a dip in the pool and a few more cervesas

See - http://www.elparaisotulum.com/beach-club.htm

Then to Ziggy Beach - great 2 for 1 drinks, wonderful bathrooms and good food

Get them to call a cab

Finish off at Playa Azul

We are planning to spend a few hours at Tulum right when they open. If we (husband, 16 and 8 year old kids) wanted to do a beach crawl to just experience the water and surrounding (a couple of drinks for the adults:)) how long of a walk is it to these destinations? I have heard talk of eating at Mezzanine and OM. Is this a doable distance? On the map I have it doesn't look like it.....thanks everyone.

This is a 11 am - 4 pm trip (for the serious partiers)

it can be done quicker (but not as fun)

You have the choice to call a cab at any beach club though

This may seem like old news to some, but new AWESOME news to me. I'm am going in Nov. with three girlfriends to Akumal, GB Sian Kaan. We were looking for a short day trip off the property. This Tulum beach crawl sounds perfect!!! Thank you, Vancouversund, for your suggestion. We might tweak it to our fitting, but the original idea is all yours and fabulous. Perfect!
