Grand Sirenis question.....

We are booked for February. Are return flight to Toronto is an evening flight leaving Cancun at 8pm. Checkout time is usually 12 noon.

Does anybody know if there are facilities to leave our luggage and take a shower if we are not able to get a late checkout?

They have rooms put aside for just that. Just ask at the reception.

This my answer to somebody else who asked a similar question a few days ago:

On our last trip at the GS, our departure from the resort was scheduled for 2:45pm (plane leaving Cancun around 7:30pm).

The regular check out time is 12:00, but we were told that for $50 extra, we could stay in the room until 4pm. However, they offered us 2 extra hours free (meaning we had to leave the room at 2pm). This was fine with us. They have a locked room to store the luggage of people leaving during the day. After bringing all our luggage to that room around 1:30pm, we went for our last meal at the buffet, did some last minute shopping at the gift store and had one last ice cream cone at the ice cream parlor. Then at 3pm, we boarded the bus with all our luggage.
