When we should resquest our room?

Hi!

I want to request a room at Grans Sirenis. I'm going to be there January 25 to feb 1. Is it too soon to make my room request? When should i request it?

Thanks!

yes way too soon! I have always been told to email 1 week before you go as most resorts don't get their full list till about that time.

I did it 6 weeks in advance last time i went. They sorted everything out for us and even make an extra special effort for my parents who had an anniversary just before we travelled.

I generally e-mail soon after we get our booking numbers and then again 2 weeks prior...always keep the lines of communication open.

Not sure about this particular hotel, but I think the earlier the better. In the worst case, they can always ask you to request again in a few weeks.
