I've used cheapcaribbean.com, funjet, & a local travel agent all of which have been lower than apple - I find apple prices very high for some reason.

Hi Sandy,

You mentioned that you booked direct.... do you mean you booked the Bahia Principe seperately from your flight?

We looked into that as we are collecting air miles however Jennifer at the Golden Lobby gave us prices of $600USD per night for the three of us... OUCH!!

That would be about $8400 for the room and another $2600 for the flight!!

Do you have a cheaper way of doing it?? PLEASE let me know!! :)

Apple may appear to be high but I found funjet was cheaper for ABR but it was a standard room with upgrade ending up being higher than Apple(superior room). Transport is usually included if you don't mind the busses.

We usually end up with Apple but our travel agent will take the best price she can find and Apple will usually match it.

We used allinclusiveoutlet.com and found them to have great rates.
