There's no real resort or hotel in Southampton with an in house spa. I think the closest to what you're looking for is Gurney's Inn in Montauk with a spa and indoor pool. The spa is supposedly very good but the hotel is way overpriced as these reviews will bear out

The Baker House in East Hampton (previously known as J Harper Poor Cottage) is an elegant old mansion with a spa. I don't know how good or bad it is, but it will be pricey.

The nicest inn in Southampton is A Butler's Manor. tripadvisor.com/Hotel_Review-g48658-d255231-…

There are lots of options for day spas which I'm sure they can arrange.

The Southampton Inn is more like a motel and there is a spa right in the same parking lot.

Obviously, you could use this spa staying at any inn or b & b.

There are day spas in Sag Harbor (Style Bar) and East Hampton (Naturapathica).

I guess I am bias as I own A Butler's Manor B&B and would suggest you stay with us :-) However, we don't have a spa here, but I would and can recommend Annana's (631) 287-9099 or La Caraezza (631) 283-7683 both of which are in town and just a short distance from us.

Our number is (631) 283 8550 if we can be of any further service to you.

Good luck and all the best
