Comfort Inn or Downtowner ?

I know it is late in season, but woud like to come to Saratoga on Sunday for two nites. Have been looking at Downtowner, Comfort Inn on Old Glick Rd and the Best Western on S Broadway. We are older, but like to walk and also go to a nice dinner with some cocktails, so do not like to drive. All these are within our budget, but the Comfort Suites looks very isolated. Help would be appreciated.

Thank you

Both the Comfort Inn and the Best Western are a cab ride from downtown.

I would stay in the Downtowner if they have rooms available. The rooms are just ok, but the location is excellent. Have a great trip!

Thank you for the info - have decided on Best Western - price was the decision.

Could not see paying $50 more per nite to be in downtown.

Good decision.

I just met someone last night staying there.

You can cab back and forth very easily from that location.

Have fun!

Taxis were cheap and plentiful in Saratoga! We got caught twice in thunderstorms and ended up catching a cab both times. While we loved staying walking distance to downtown, now that I know the taxi situation - I would not hesitate to stay a little farther out if needed.
