Northern New Mexico vacation

We'd like to spend 3 night in Albuquerque, 3 nights in Santa Fe, and 2 night in Taos. Does that sound reasonable to those familiar with the area? We're healthy and are mainly interested in historical and cultural destinations, along with a good meal.

Thanks. We arrive in Albuquerque for a two night stay, and depart from there after another overnight. Thanks again.

Yes, that sounds about right. Now then, on to some ideas. Each place has some GREAT historical and cultural destinations. Also, side trips to and fro, including the High Road between Santa Fe and Taos. KthSch has some detailed, packed trip reports in the past with lots of info. When are you coming? Don't hesitate to ask specific questions and maybe post them in each place as you think of them. Healthy, meaning looking for some hiking and outdoor adventures? Some of the best dining options are in Santa Fe. ABQ has its share of good and funky eats. And everywhere you'll find good New Mexican food. Plenty of options, depending on interests, budget, season, etc.
