Phu Quoc Tours & Excursions

We had a tour with Phu Quoc Explorer and we had to say "wow" for their excellent service. The snorkeling trip at An Thoi archipelago due south of Phu Quoc was the best memory of our stay on the island.

Hi all,

I were there. Phu Quoc island was like Phuket, Thailand 20 years ago

On arrival at Phu Quoc air port, I received lot of brochures of other hotels, resorts and tour operators. As the hotel had been booked before, all my concern was about making a tour. Being a budget traveler, had to choose a cheap price tour and it was not difficult to find one. Si, a funny guy, offered me a joining tour which he called " Snorkeling boat trip". There was 25 people joining and the rate was USD 15. There was nothing to complain accept the pour lunch on the boat. Hahaha, get what you pay. It was fair enough.

Phu Quoc Explorer that you are talking about looks professional as their brochure was very well designed. The pictures and the tour descriptions would take your attention right at the first look but it seems that they only operate private tours which the rates would be exclusive. If you are a budget traveler and ready to join with other people or not looking for some thing private , you can get a tour with any operator that you will probably find on the beach.

Hope you will find your way there

Cheers

Phu Quoc is a large island, almost the same size as Singapore. Tours and Excursions in Phu Quoc can be made all year round, however, Oct - May is the best season which the sun is always shining.

Discovering the island is such an interesting thing that ones should not not miss. There are several beautiful beaches around the island that is reachable by motorbikes or jeeps or cars. The rain forest up the North of the island, the hidden beaches thereto and water fall therein are the most that ones could expect for a discovery.

There are several tour operators that handle tours and excursions on the island and off the sea. If you would prefer a joining tour, you are not hard to find one of them just right on the beach front of your hotel. If you are a couple, honeymooner or a family that looking for something on privacy, it is another thing but not that hard!! Phu Quoc Explorer, a local guide operator is there to make the most of your greatest holiday experience. Dzung, a guide of Phu Quoc Explorer will probably be right at your hotel to give you full consultation upon receiving your call.
