Villa near Seminyak beach

Hi there

There will be 2 of us couples travelling to Seminyak in August for a week and we would like to stay in a 2 bedroom villa with our own pool, near the beach. I would love some suggestions for places that are within walking distance to the beach - for less than $400 per night.

Thanks so so much

Try the Laksmana villas and Serene Villas in Seminyak. Both are beautiful properties that consist of a compound of individual villas with their own pools. The Serene villas are closer to the beach and to Jalan Laksmana or 'eat street' where you will find some of Bali's best restaurants as well as shops. Both properties are gorgeous!

Upon my wanderings the other day, I found a couple of private and cheap villas very close to the beach. If you let me know the exact dates, I can ask if any of them are available.

I stayed at Villa Bali Asri last may, they are very nice.

August will be a busy period.

Hi Wombikins,

My favourite are the villas at Sekar Taman II which is very close to the beach. Also in that same vicinity are Bali Villa Asri and Le Jardin. At the other end of the same street you will find Elysian, and Kembali. August is peak season so I wouldn't leave it too long to book as these popular villas do book out fast.
