Park at Liberty State Park and train into Manhattan?

Am I mistaken that there is a park-n-go lot at Liberty State Park and that you can take a Path train into Manhattan?

Any help is appreciated, thank you!

Yes, you are mistaken. There is no PATH station at LSP.

Is there any way to get into the city from there? Is there a Park-n-go stop at Liberty State Park?

There is a park and ride at the Liberty State Park Light Rail station

whether parking is readily available for someone without a permit such as yourself you'll need to find out for yourself by contacting the the company listed on the NJ Transit website as running the parking lot.

There is no direct train from LSP to Manhattan. That park and ride was designed for people who work in downtown jersey City. Also there is so much to do in new Jersey besides park your car. Here are a few links

There is a parking lot at the Liberty State Park light rail station. You can park there without a permit and it is a very large parking lot. From there you can take the light rail to Exchange Place and catch a PATH train around the corner to World Trade Center. To access the other stops in Manahttan, you would have to take the light rail to Newport and then it's about a 5 minute walk across the street to the PATH station.
