Mlife account

2 friends and I are staying at the Aria in November. I've just signed up to mlife. Should my friends sign up too? I've read that if we charge food etc to our room your points can go towards this at check out. How does this work with 1 room and 3 Mlife accounts? First trip to vegas so a bit lost with all this comp stuff! Thanks

Yeah always sign up for the cards regardless of how you are gonna use them .

Ive never used my card for money off my bill BUT if I did and there was 3 of us then id get mlife to rate all 3 cards and just use the highest . Just remember and use the card every time you bet .

the night before you check out go to the players desk and ask them to rate your play. They will check your players card in the computer to see how much money you gambled in their resorts and if you gambled enough to have any of your charges removed from your bill. If you are looking for comps it is best to concentrate all your gambling at the property you are staying at or at their sister properties. The players desk will tell you which casinos belong to their group. Have fun and remember to always put your players card in the slot machine and take it out when you leave a machine. Also give you players card to the dealer at any table games you play. Also counted in awarding comps is any money you spend on the property such as meals so be sure to charge all your meals to your room and some could be removed at check out if you gambled enough. All this will be explained at the players desk when you apply for your players cards.

Unfortunately, comps are not simple to understand until you have been to vegas maybe 3 times. The above responses are correct but overlook the first "comps" that apply. Yes everyone should get an mlife card but only the person whose name is on the hotel bill will be able to use express comps toward the bill. the other persons could use their express comps on restaurant food or show tickets. express comps on mlife are derived from slot points or table games ratings. There is a chance, with a lot of play, you may even get more comped than just what your earned in express comps.

headed to MGM in about, oh, 5 hours. signed up after booking - never received a card. i assume i can just visit a desk and they'll print one for me, as well as ensure my room counts towards points?

Do not sigh up for the car before you get there, you do not receive the new player sign up bonus. Granted its usually only 5-10 dollars or other possibilities, but signing up ahead of time eliminates you from this chance.

Thanks everyone! That clears things up a bit. Can't wait only 4 weeks and 3 days to go! :)
